選購(gòu)了一臺(tái)飼料混合機(jī)，如果不能正確使用的話，不但會(huì)縮短飼料加工設(shè)備的使用壽命，而且也會(huì)影響工作效率，導(dǎo)致事倍功半。
1、飼料加工設(shè)備長(zhǎng)期作業(yè)，應(yīng)固定在水泥基礎(chǔ)上。

2、飼料加工設(shè)備安裝完后要檢查各部緊固件的緊固情況，若有松動(dòng)須予以擰緊。

3、要檢查皮帶松緊度是否合適，電動(dòng)機(jī)軸和粉碎機(jī)軸是否平行，飼料加工設(shè)備的粉碎機(jī)啟動(dòng)前，先用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子，檢查一下齒爪、錘片及轉(zhuǎn)子運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否靈活可靠，殼內(nèi)有無(wú)碰撞現(xiàn)象，轉(zhuǎn)子的旋向是否與機(jī)上箭頭所指方向一致，電機(jī)與粉粹機(jī)潤(rùn)滑是否良好。
To check the belt tension is appropriate, whether the motor shaft and the mill shaft parallel to the former mill feed processing equipment startup, first hand rotation of the rotor, check tooth claw hammer and rotor operation is flexible and reliable, with or without shell collision phenomenon, whether the rotation of the rotor machine on the arrow in the same direction, the motor and splintered machine lubrication is good.
4、不要隨便更換飼料加工設(shè)備的皮帶輪，以防轉(zhuǎn)速過(guò)高使粉碎室產(chǎn)生爆炸，或轉(zhuǎn)速太低影響工作效率，飼料加工設(shè)備啟動(dòng)后先空轉(zhuǎn)2-3分鐘，沒(méi)有異常現(xiàn)象后再投料工作。
Do not replace the pulley feed processing equipment, to prevent excessive speed so that the crushing chamber to produce an explosion, or the speed is too low affect efficiency, idling 2-3 minutes after the first feed processing equipment startup, no anomalies before feeding work.
5、工作中要隨時(shí)注意飼料加工設(shè)備的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況，送料要均勻，以防阻塞悶車(chē)，不要長(zhǎng)時(shí)間超負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。若發(fā)現(xiàn)有振動(dòng)、雜音、軸承與機(jī)體溫度過(guò)高、向外噴料等現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)立即停車(chē)檢查，排除故障后方可繼續(xù)工作。
Work should always pay attention to the functioning of the feed processing equipment, feed should be uniform to avoid blocking stuffy car, do not overload time. If there is vibration, noise,bearing the body temperature is too high, the outside spray material and so on, should immediately stop inspection, troubleshooting can continue working.
